Working out 6 days but slimming down?!

Okay so my boyfriend is working out 6 days a week and he is really lean and strong but he his slimming down?
What can I do to help him get big? Like thick? What foods???


Hi Safiya,
1. If he is doing cardio tell him to stop!
2. Protein intake for the day should be 1.5 – 2g per pound of lean body mass
3. Post work out nutrition- Protein .3g of body weight, Glutamine .2g of body weight. Carbs (Vitargo would be best) 2g per kg of body weight.
4. Post work out shake method of consumption -1st shake drink half of your carbs first, 2nd shake have your protein etc.
5. Bcaa .35g per kilo of body weight all to be consumed pre, during and post workout.
6. Watch your boyfriend grow!
