Intensive Elite Athlete Program
Designed for the unique needs of professional athletes, this full-day program starts with a comprehensive assessment of your functional strength, muscle imbalances, physical limitations, body composition and overall athletic performance.
Based on the results of this evaluation, you are then prescribed an extensive performance enhancing training program that is scientifically tailored to your body. We also take into consideration the unique requirements of your sport and position. Specific regeneration, re-habilitation, recovery and other supplemental requirements are also addressed. One-on-one training and testing ensures maximum safety and results.

Regular Elite Athlete Program
Similar to the Intensive Elite Program, this program is designed for the local athlete whose schedule does not allow for the intensive full-day program. This 5-day-a-week, half-day program maximizes your athletic performance within your allotted time schedule.

Elite Athlete – Non-Resident Program
In addition to our regular and intensive Elite Programs, we also offer special services to professional athletes living outside the Toronto area. Non-residents can fly in for one or two days of testing before taking a personalized training plan home with them.
